Warm Embodied Yin

    • In a gently heated room, we will work in the body,  yin yoga style in a lighthearted space. Gentle healing music, morning sun and time in our bodies.  

      Our breath will work within our bodies’ edges to deepen our connection to self and to each other.
      We will slow down and stretch our tension and stress right out!

      Want to Opt in for some Compression Adjustments? Jennifer will be offering hands on compression releasing techniques within the poses.
