As we celebrate our 6th year offering aerial instruction in Fresno, we’re excited to expand our community. NOCO will be hosting our first ever teacher-trainer workshop locally to qualify up to 6 instructors in a new class format developed by NOCO director, Amy Querin. The new *NOCO Aerial Fit* class format will be offered Fall 2016. This workshop will be limited to 6 instructors.
The NOCO teacher-training workshop will qualify 6 locals to teach via NOCO exclusively*. Participants will receive a certificate of completion that includes hours of training, scope of content, and a signature on all apprenticeship hours. *NOCO Aerial Fit* classes will use aerial hammocks; the format includes a combination of Pilates, aerial yoga, dance, TRX, kinesis, and other cross-training formats.
There’s a standard order/flow to the 1 hour *NOCO Aerial Fit* class with standard exercises, but room for participants to add his/her own teaching style/experience .
