Hi Amy, wanted to join the Thursday 6:30 am class, but purchased a 10 class pass through my husband’s (Steve Ervin) paypal account.

How in shape do you have to be to try this? Are the instructors patient? I am not very coordinated, and I would like to try it. Is there a weight limit?

You do not have to be “in shape,” yes, the instructors are patient, and there is no weight limit. Come give it a try! NEW SCHEDULE OF CLASSES will be announced soon, starting back Mid-March. You can register by paying online or in person: credit card/cash/check!

We recommend students be at least 16 to take in a group setting, although we have taught a kids class for sub-16s in a group of similarly-aged students. No age limit above 16 and classes are taught at a beginning level.

I’m curious as to how to get involved and start aerial classes…is this for beginners or advanced dancing students only?
